TRAIL TEAM
TRAIL HOURS
IMPORTANT - IMPORTANT - IMPORTANT
Every month you will receive an email request to report how many hours you spend riding or working on a select list of trails. This information is gathered and reported to the SLO Couty government. These use statistics indicate how important trails are now and future planning for equestrians. It is very important that each of us report our trail use, so that the trails remain available and perhaps are increased.
HELP OUR CAUSE
Leave the trails cleaner than you found them. Please dispose of horse poop or trash left behind on the trailhead or trail who is less thoughtful than you. It helps the reputation of the equestrian community, which is important to our mission.

Help someone new on the trail

Recruit a new member to help us on our mission to save trails.

Wear a Ride Nipomo logo sweater or ball cap. Put a Ride Nipomo sticker on your trailer.
It helps spread the word that we are here, working to save the trails.
GROUP WORK DAYS
As needed, Ride Nipomo has workdays to help maintain and clean up trails in the Nipomo.
This is an obligation we made with San Luis Obispo County so that they would accept these trails into the county system.
It is always a good time to be with fellow riders and the benefit is the trails you ride are in better repair.
Check our email or Facebook page for alerts for upcoming workdays.
